    "I recently placed an online order with Pizza Rome via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for all of the items in my order, several items were missing when it arrived. I contacted the restaurant immediately to let them know about the missing items, but I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response. They refused to refund the missing items, and offered no solutions or compensation for the inconvenience.Overall, I would not recommend Pizza Rome for online orders or any other type of service. Their lack of customer service is simply unacceptable."

    Would not order , ordered through Uber eats and all was good got a milkshake and pizza and a drink . Driver comes to the door says he spilt my milkshake and promised he never drank out of it ?. That’s just disgusting I think he drank it and pretended to spill it . Then I was missing my drink , pizza was cold greasy and all air bubbles and burned burger were awful just red onions in chunks it was just disgusting never order from here wast of money and I called up and was just met with a bunch of Joyce’s on the phone I could not understand awful restaurant and terrible service

    A joke of a place, i use these regularly at first they were great food hot great shakes but now......My last orders were either cold or incomplete I.e I ordered my regular order which consists of x strawberry milkshake and a pizza/ kebab meat, it arrived completely cold and the milkshake size was reduced to half (large to small) and no strawberry's not even a strawberry sauce, i ordered a cheese cake only as I'm allergic to dark chocolate stated cheese cake only no substitutes what do I get double chocolate gateau never ever will I re order from here again

    Food was awful. Just make toast at home it would be better. Burger buns are stale and hard around the edge. Garlic breads are on such a thin base it’s like eating crispy paper and they were burnt! Taste like nothing. Offered a buy one get one free on garlic breads but only one turned up. They then decided to close easily and never returned message. TRY ANYWHERE ELSE!
